Testable integration chain on Azure Logic Apps

Problem
Connect a PLM platform, an ERP system and internal middleware so the chain can be tested without live endpoints and traced end to end.
Constraint
Future event types had to be addable without rewiring the plumbing, on Azure Logic Apps Standard and Service Bus.
Outcome
Inbound sockets per system, an inbound facade that stamps a standard envelope, topic routing, an orchestrator with idempotency, an outbound facade, and one mock/live parameter for the whole chain.

Standards first, then the agent

Problem
A small team with no platform group, a business that wanted results every quarter, and a cloud that extends a large ERP system.
Constraint
Scrappy but excellent: a handful of people, a rotating cast of consulting partners, and a coding agent arriving in 2026.
Outcome
A framework for agent-ready delivery: the standards, ADRs and repository conventions the agent could follow, a line between what the human and the agent decide, and an account of what went wrong.

A home AI lab, hybrid on a leash

Problem
Get hands-on practice with frontier models and agent tooling without giving up a lab that runs on local models and a network segment with no internet route.
Constraint
The cloud had to stay optional and capped.
Outcome
A private tunnel to one small VM with private endpoints, a decision matrix for when a request leaves the lab, a permit per data class, budgets and monitoring, and a security scan whose findings the post lists.
